1. Who we are

Avenyrix S.A.S. ("Avenyrix", "we") is an Argentine company with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1720, 4th Floor, Puerto Madero, CABA. We operate avenyrix.com and offer real estate crowdlending services to individuals and legal entities residing in Argentina.

2. Legal framework

We process your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its complementary regulations and the resolutions issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). We also follow Google Consent Mode v2 guidelines regarding cookies and advertising.

3. Data we collect

We collect: (a) data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, message); (b) technical browser and device data when you accept analytics or advertising cookies; (c) information required to comply with tax obligations when you begin a formal investment relationship.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to answer enquiries, inform you about open projects that match your interest, measure site performance, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and improve the overall platform experience. We do not use your data to make automated decisions with significant legal effects.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (form and cookies), on the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to financial and digital service activities in Argentina.

6. Who we share data with

We share data only with infrastructure and analytics providers acting as data processors (for example, hosting, web measurement and transactional email services). These providers are contractually required to maintain adequate levels of security and confidentiality.

7. Cookies and advertising

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. On your first visit, all advertising and analytics signals are denied by default. Only the categories you accept in the banner or preferences panel are activated. You can change your choice at any time from the site footer.

8. Retention

We keep contact form messages for a maximum of 24 months, unless the relationship leads to a specific investment, in which case the legal retention periods required by Argentine tax and financial regulations apply.

9. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection to processing by writing to privacidad@avenyrix.com. You may also file a claim with the AAIP if you believe that the processing of your data violates current regulations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory, technological or operational changes. We will publish the new version at this same URL, showing the updated date at the top.
